  I will never ever recommend anyone to work here. I was there for 2 years and all of a sudden since I put in a complaint about my manager mrk strain after his manager left the company he fired me stating he had a bunch of calls from customers complaining that I was rude. In the 2 years I was there I'd not had any complaints. He would not let me listen to the calls or see the transcripts. He fired me for retaliation. All of the managers are selfish and self serving none of them care about you as a person the head of human resources is useless she'll set up a appointment with you then avoid you.
