    I've been living here for a few months now and my best advice to anyone looking at this place as a possible future home, is DON'T DO IT!!!!! the model unit they show you, looks beautiful; however, the unit you will get will not be. thinks are constantly breaking, the washer door literally fell on me, and the cabinet door and drawers as well. our washer and dryer did not work properly and it took several months to get them fixed. you have to constantly keep calling the property to remind them that they have not fixed your issues yet. they are so unorganized that we had someone come and fix our washer that was already fixed (after the 5th time). there is simply no accountability! Another issue I see is continous changes in our monthly charges. Most importantly, the police is ALWAYS! here and we have heard directly from them that this apartments are not a good area to live in, although they seem like they are. Lastly, other than the receptionist Evelyn, who does her job and is very friendly and professional, no one else cares to help tenants, nor do provide good customer service. We need more Evelyns managing this place and this would be different!

    i think this school is recommended for people who have crippling depression and osteoporosis. This school is nothing but memes and teachers freaking out about nothing. Most of the staff look like they have smoked at least three packs of camels before they came to school and the students are very intelligent without the teachers. Thank you, a former student.
