  Not a good place to go folks! Dark and dreary inside. Disorganized. Spoke to a few friends about my experience- they were like, why did u continue with the process? After waiting and being taken desk to desk ( there's no teller windows). I got Nor. Throughout the process she had a hissy fit that nothing was working, copier wasn't working, didn't know nothing about new checking account bonuses, seemed to try And wrap everything up real quick. Didn't have a good feeling. Then I started getting numerous phone calls from Nor to set up my online account. Which was something we were supposed to do during our time at the initial opening at the bank. You guessed it, that part wasn't working either! Most of the messages, Nor never left a message saying what she needed. I had to call and see who was calling and waking me up and leaving no message. So the real klinker, I went in and closed my account today. They charged me $25 to close an account that was opened for 2 weeks. No ATM card nothing. So if you want a run down, disorganized bank- use these guys. I have other bank accounts at other banks- I'm going to stick with them. Bank of the West- what a disappointment!!!!!
